ဆေးဘက်ဆိုင်ရာနည်းပညာတက္ကသိုလ် (မန္တလေး) သည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအထက်ပိုင်း၏ အဆင့်မြင့်ဆေးဘက်ဆိုင်ရာ နည်းပညာရှင်များ လေ့ကျင့်သင်ကြားပေးရာ အချက်အချာဌာန ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ၁၉၉၈ ခုနှစ်တွင် မန္တလေးမြို့ ပုသိမ်ကြီးမြို့နယ်၌ စတင်တည်ထောင်ခဲ့ပြီး ခေတ်မှီဆေးပညာဆိုင်ရာ ရောဂါရှာဖွေရေးနှင့် ပြန်လည်သန်စွမ်းရေး နည်းပညာရပ်များကို အလေးပေးသင်ကြားလျက်ရှိပါသည်။
